Small School Success | Nelson Mandela School Brooklyn

Students will receive ENL services in co-taught classes and stand-alone beginner classes as needed.

This support is one-on-one and in small group settings. Teachers will support the language development at the pace that the students require.

NMSSJ keeps students needs above all else; we have inclusive ICT classes as well as self-contained programs.

We have a dedicated IEP teacher to support the implementation of the IEP with fidelity.

NMSSJ has the luxury and privilege as a small school to dedicated more one on one support to students academically and socially.
